Why do you love training clients?

I started getting interested in training and building new workouts when sometimes I didnt have enough time to go to the gym, and so I started preparing my own workouts to do at home. Some friends asked me if I could do the same for them and that passion grew from there. I really enjoyed building workouts for my clients and watching them challenge themselves. It is very rewarding for me to see my clients results and to see them motivated and focused on their goals.

What is your fitness history?

I have spent all my life participating in sporting activities including CrossFit, Weight Lifting, Circuit Training, Gymnastics as well as activities such as Horse Riding (show jumping), MotorCross, Enduro, SnowSkiing and WaterSkiing. In addition to teaching classes, I do my own workouts 5 days a week and continue to study all aspects of fitness as well as work as a horse riding instructor.

What moments are you proud of?

I am most proud when I see my clients achieving their goals, it means we have worked hard together. For me personally, it was achieving the goals I set for myself of competing in the National Enduro Championships following a long recovery after a serious motorbike accident.
