What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy that considers all the systems of the body — not just the area of complaint. At Movement Studio, your care comes from a government-registered Allied Health practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience.
A consultation typically includes soft tissue massage, joint adjustment where appropriate, and clinical exercise prescription — so treatment is paired with a plan for the weeks that follow. We support and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, and because the clinic sits within the training studio, rehabilitation can progress into supervised strength work when it's appropriate for you.
