What do you love about training clients?
When you talk about training you think mainly about the physical component. However, for me, training is more than that. Training, as well as the physical component, is building your confidence, breaking fears and barriers, its educational. With training I can teach all of that to the people I am coaching and I believe I can change their life!
What is your fitness history?
I have played rugby since I was 7 years old. I've won titles in different categories and trained with U-17/U-19/U-21 national team. So training has been part of my life since the early years, also having fitness as a complimentary of rugby training. Later on, during my physiotherapy degree, I had the chance of learning more about how physiotherapy and fitness complement each other and can work together.
What moments are you proud of?
I am proud to have a range of knowledge from intensive care unit through to rehab exercises. This allows me to help change peoples lives. Watching someone's progress and achieving something they have never thought they could, pleases me!
What is your fitness credo?
We are all different, so don't care too much about stereotypes and try to adjust your training specifically for you. Have fun and never give up. "Mens Sana In Corpore Sano". translated to "A healthy mind, in a healthy body".
