The Bone-Loading Program

The daily impact practice at the heart of Strong Bones. Bone responds to load and impact — this is the short, structured plyometric-style program that delivers it, with Level 1 to Level 2 graduation and a clear safety gate for anyone with osteoporosis, a fracture history, or no prior impact experience. A few minutes, most days. Digital download.

  •  What is the Bone-Loading Program? A short, daily impact and plyometric-style routine designed to give bone the loading stimulus it adapts to, structured across two progressive levels by Dr Naomi (Osteopath), an exercise coach.
  • Is impact exercise safe if I have osteoporosis? Impact should be introduced carefully and individualised. This program includes a safety carve-out directing anyone with osteoporosis, a fracture history, or no prior impact experience to start at Level 1, and it's designed to complement medical care — check with your GP first.
  • How long does it take? A few minutes, most days — it's built to be sustainable rather than exhausting.
